Zero Gratitude there only two people in this business, we have many many well wishes but form one 126 Jessy Road, Aldridge ********************************** I sent a message yesterday requesting information about having a daily update on current deliveries as I had already bought Thursday and Friday deliveries. I have just returned from shopping with today’s newspaper to find 3 days of newspapers. This is out of order and I have put them in my porch to be collected by you with tomorrow’s delivery. Why aren’t there daily updates on the website regarding daily deliveries please? ********************************** needless to say your account is now closed.

Dear Customers, After 23 years of hardly ever being ill, I’m afraid we are finally being forced to take a little time off! I’m having a new knee replacement operation next Wednesday 14th, so I’m not sure yet how well I’ll be able to get around immediately afterwards. Because of this, I cannot guarantee that deliveries will take place on Thursday 15th and Friday 16th. I will do everything I can to keep the deliveries running as normal, but I wanted to give everyone plenty of notice in case there are any changes. I am hoping to be back up and about as quickly as possible and will keep you updated. Thank you very much for your understanding and continued support. Kind regards, Neil

Dear Customers,

After 23 years of hardly ever being ill, I’m afraid we are finally being forced to take a little time off!

I’m having a **new knee replacement operation next **Wednesday 14th, so I’m not sure yet how well I’ll be able to get around immediately afterwards.

Because of this, I cannot guarantee that deliveries will take place on Thursday 15th and Friday 16th. I will do everything I can to keep the deliveries running as normal, but I wanted to give everyone plenty of notice in case there are any changes.

I am hoping to be back up and about as quickly as possible and will keep you updated.
